What reason could the Corning office have to be closed until April. You can't call...no one answers, can't leave a message, thats not ian option. Can't make an appointment because no one will answer the phone. So, if anyone has. Clue, Please post!!

No one ever contacts you back and when I call it takes about 40 minutes to get through then u get sent to their answering machine and get disconnected before you can leave a message and your case worker is always busy and you can't speak to them.this is so disrespectful.

At this time, in person appointments are required, but most people are unable to meet in person and have to speak with a representative over the phone
Call 800 number then wait about 30 minutes or longer to speak with a human. I was told to just show up at office without appointment. SMH 🤦♂️
