Tried ordering pizza at 8pm and they said they were not taking any more orders. Fifth time this has happened. I'll just start eating pizza hut

So, never had a problem with this one until about a month ago when I came in 20 minutes before closing and asked for the pizza with all the meat on it and was told that they only have sausage left. I was thinking what does that have to do with me? I want what I ordered. I would've understood if I was told it takes 30 minutes to make, then I would've taken the sausage. Already talked to corporate about it because there was more to the story. Today, I've been trying to call so I can place an order for around 8:30-8:45 and they're not answering. Its ok if they're really busy, I'll try to call back in a few but, at this point, idk if I want pizza now ***Edit*** just talked to someone and they explained why I couldn't get it last time and I apologized told them that the last person didn't tell me that. So, I'm getting pizza tonight

Took over a hour to cook one pizza. All the workers just ignored me at the front desk and wouldn't help me. Currently have been here hour and a half, still no food... will never be returning to this establishment

It's pretty good for what it is. It's not wood fired. It's not casual dining. It's not gourmet pizza. It's cheap, fast food style pizza in a cardboard box. Ordering with the app and selecting in store pizza portal pickup is the only way to go. The drive through window line is often backed up and blocking traffic in the parking lot on the weekends. With the pizza portal, I go in, punch the code, pick up my pizza, and leave. No fuss. Don't even have to talk to anybody.
