Need some serious road work done, a lot of junk piled up around trailers, need better lawn care done it's a mud hole when it rains, this place looks nothing like the pictures that are posted it is run down now and people aren't as friendly as everyone says I'm just being honest

Great place! Nice and quiet, and has a beautiful, serene atmosphere. The owners and managers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Very well kept. Best amenities around. Highly recommended!

How much is it to rent one of the studio units not an RV Space but one of the studio units?

Yes we have two studios available at this time. I'm not sure when you asked this question. They run $155 per week with $150 deposit.

Open in the winter? Traveling through in December and looking for an RV overnight spot with electric hook up, for heat.
