Stopped in the other day to get more information about maybe updating our mattress. Sales rep comes off a bit like a telemarketer who is difficult to get a word in when trying to ask a question. Also having the tv loudly broadcasting …Mike, I am sorry you had that experience. I can assure you we take every precaution in keeping the store clean and sanitized. We have some top notched sales reps and I will make sure to address this review with them, we really work hard at making sure they are all knowledgeable and friendly to all customers to better assist and answer any and all questions. Amanda is definitely an ASSET for the business and A KEEPER for sure.
