I am very upset with the cemetery, they do not take care of the headstones that you purchase from them. I have been to visit my father's resting place several times and found his vase damaged by mowers and heavy equipment. Many times I have been there to find mower tracks over his head stone. I have called to try and get repairs and even grass on his site and have gotten no results. Father's Day we went out to place flowers only to find my father's picture completely broken from the head stone and mower or tractor tracks all over his head stone. When we buried my father there we were told we had to purchase the head stone there or they would not be responsible for it, so we went ahead and bought a very expensive head stone only to see it ran over and damaged like a bunch of amateurs!! My next call will be to the the news problem solvers because they complain all the time about vandals and people going in and damaging cemeteries, but this company seems to damage thier own property and then refuse to take care of the damage.

I officiated a funeral with this FH/cemetery and was not impressed. They were late arriving with the casket for both the visitation (at a local church) and the graveside. The funeral director looked and acted rushed and sloppy. I officiate funerals as a clergy person all over the city and cannot think of a worse experience. I cannot recommend Chapel Hill.

I didn't see your question until now. As we pick up the gardens we put everything in small piles throughout the garden, and this is the state of Apostles where your father is. I have asked the crews to hold off removing those flowers until this afternoon so you should be able to retrieve the flowers fairly easily if you come out this morning. We have to remove them today however as the mowing crew will be here tomorrow (Wed) Hope this helps.
June 3rd, Sunday. We will start to remove them on Monday June 4th
