Waiting in line for a long time really could use some better employees at this location so that there isn't long wait times. P.S. this isn't the first time and many times before where employees turning away customers forcing them to go to the location on Homer adams

I just left the drive-through at the Jack-in-the-Box on Washington in Alton Illinois when I got home I noticed writing on a bag. The writing states, “She just touch food after touching Trash. No Gloves!!!” I am 95% confident I know which employee didn’t have the gloves on and which employee was trying to give me the warning I have reached out to Jack in the box on their website and will follow up with it and I will make sure that the employee that gave me the warning gets recognized for it.

Definitely need to update your hours for working, says 6 AM - 10 PM yet I got my order steered away multiple times from ordering at 9:30 PM maybe even a bit sooner. Start cracking down on times, quality, and professionalism of working here, used to get a good amount of my money but has since dropped. Do better and start closing at the proper times, not that hard whatsoever. I get the idea of wanting to leave soon and asap, but this is just unfair to others there at a decent time. Once again, do better :)

Jack n the box closed at 10:00pm on Sunday. When Online website says they close at 12midnight. I'm beginning to understand why Alton illinois is a ghost town and very outdated. They don't like to make money or work apparently. Starving the visitors of Alton is not cool!
