My experience with this bank is from a technical perspective. The bank needs some serious updates and consistency/ tech, software, apps outdated... Sometimes older systems work better, but in their case it only frustrates the customer.... I closed my account and now have online accounts, you just have to stay on top at all times, which ya should be doing anyway 😁 Now the ladies at the teller window are sweet and helpful...lol
