i love their good. definitely have them deliver though. it was completely ridiculous how long the food took, and HOW LONG it took for them to notice i was up front. the guy that helped us was really just quiet and reserved, which i understand that, but he did not need to be up front. they expect tips but then have terrible customer service. go to a dif location.

I placed a order to pick up a deluxe pizza mozzarella cheese only no mushrooms, and add extra bacon. I told the woman on the phone no mushrooms because my wife was extremely allergic to them as in take her to the hospital. Well we noticed it had mushrooms to late on it under the cheese… I called them… the same person answered and kept saying people make mistakes sir. Shortly after that she admitted making the pizza and being the manager… I told them people who make mistakes may also be liable for a hospital bill…

Use to love it here. This is second time my pizza was soggy not done stuck to box bearly would come out of box. I spent 20 min getting a small pizza out of box and had to cook in my oven only to find they used the wrong pizza sauce. This is my last visit to imos after 14 years of going. Very disappointing for the money I spend in there
