I shipped the cylinder for my 1990 Honda XR200R to Donnells Motorcycles to be bored out to fit a larger piston. Upon arrival and inspection they informed me that I had an incorrect sized piston. I ordered a new one directly to them and they took care of the rest. Never once did I call and not get an answer and the help that I needed. I’m awaiting the arrival of the cylinder as it was just shipped today but if the quality of work is anywhere close to their customer service and time management skills, I expect to be pleased! These guys really know how to run a business with good prices, good customer service and a timely schedule. Thanks again guys, I hope to work with you again soon!

Chris at Donnell's Motorcycles has treated me with respect and fairness I didn't experience with other dealerships. Pricing was fair and in line with other competitors. I actually paid a little more to do business with Donnell's simply due to the level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by all of the employees. Sales staff was great! Finance guys were spectacular (shouts out to the Nehi Peach soda guy) - overall a wonderful experience and I'll be referring friends and family to this dealer in the future.
