Staff is certainly nice, food is decent and consistent enough for me to frequent the place monthly at least. I do want to ask why they put sticky polyurethane on the tables but that’s a corporate thing I suppose, wait times are reasonable place is never full either so my go to on a busy night when Edwardsville is full but you want steak. Prices aren’t bad either considering the state of current market as well.

The steak was not very tender. There were several bites of it that were not even chewable. I had the bourbon steak which was $17 I believe. The potatoes were good but they are over garlicky. I'm an evening coffee drinker and when I pay three to four dollars for a coffee, I expect it to be made fresh. I don't know how many hours it had been sitting there, but I basically had a $4 meal that I paid $25 for. The last time I went I had a $20 meal that I picked up and drove back to work and it had dried, hard out pasta noodles. So, two for two times, the quality has been way under par for the price. I would have done better to get a frozen dinner from Healthy Choice for $4.

Ordered two burgers through DoorDash and they are completely raw and mushy in the middle. How is a mistake like this even possible? I wonder how many more burgers were sent out like this tonight?
