They are very professional and talked us through everything! Had to wait a little longer then expected for the new transmission to get in but that’s at no fault of certified transmission! As soon as it came in they replaced my transmission very fast a day and a half! I am very pleased with our experience and recommend to all!

Transmission was leaking did my research and decided to take it to Certified, that's what they specialize in transmissions only, they have the knowledge!! and so far i am pleased with my decision , they conduct business in a highly professional manner the way it should be,the shop is kept clean and the work gets done ! I got a remanufactured transmission with a 3yr, 100k mile warranty. The shop very patiently worked with me as I got the funding together. They also worked around my schedule getting other work done at a body shop. When the new transmission was installed, it was unfortunately determined that there is an internal issue causing a whining noise. I'm very pleased that they are going to replace it at no charge and the warranty continues forward as well.

We unfortunately do not sell parts to the public as we are not a parts store. If you have a transmission issue, we would recommend doing our Certi-Care evaluation for around $50, and then we will determine what issues your transmission might have. Sometimes you can have a check engine light that says you need a speed sensor but that might not actually be the root of the issue, it could be a starting point.
That can vary from vehicle to vehicle. Some require different fluids... I would call them and they will be able to properly answer your question. They are very professional and honest. I highly recommend them.
