I always love my experience at this location, whenever I bring my car for an appointment, they always take the time to explain and answer questions. They have good workers especially the manager Daniel, he is always willing to help, very patient and polite with customers.

Service seemed good, but they didn’t reset the oil change sensor on my car. I told them that my car was not telling me I needed an oil change yet, but I wanted one because it had been five months since my last oil change. I specifically asked them to reset the sensor so that my car wouldn’t try to tell me in 1000 miles that I needed an oil change again. They told me they would do that, but apparently they did not. Here it is, thousand miles later, and my car is telling me I need an oil change. So either they didn’t really change my oil, or they didn’t reset the sensor. I just don’t understand why it’s so hard to get good service anywhere anymore. Very disappointed in Midas.
