I arrived at the store 2-3 minutes before 6:00. The doors were already locked. I just wanted to pay on my pawn. I called to tell some one I was speeding to get there but no one would answer the phone. knknocked on the doorknocked on the door

Would not help me came they told me hook up to TV wouldn’t help me figure out how to get to hdmi or anything with the tv when I kept asking for help the kept saying I’m with a customer even though I came in before all those customers and waited 15 minutes and they ignored me and pointed them refused to help me. WERE EXTREMELY RUDE DO NOT GO HERE!

I went in today not knowing for sure if I was going to buy anything but the lady at the counter was very nice & patient with me, the other staff were ok too but overall I enjoyed my experience
