It is under renovation, but access was fast

Facilities are clean, janitors are good at their job, Some of the cameras are broken, No restrooms, No water fountains, No water bottle refill stations either, Social distancing markers and stickers are faded or non existent.

You have to call the Mexican Consulate for that specific question. From what I understand, US Border Patrol or Customs Officer don't provide answer regarding detainment. Ask Google for the Mexican Consulate phone number.

Hello I hope my question can be answeard I have a family emergency and I need to cross from US to Mex. I am a US citizen and have all my documentation except my passport can I re enter the US with my DL and Social Card and Birth Certificate on hand
