We have been stopping at Flying J, buying fuel, propane, food and staying the night for nearly 20 years. We have always appreciated the dedicated parking spaces out front for RVs. This particular Flying J north of Evansville on I-64 has plenty of room for RVs and has been a regular stop for us as we pass through. Unfortunately, like most Flying Js since the merger with Pilot several years ago, the RV spaces have become truck parking spaces even though most of them still have prominent signs saying no trucks allowed. We have witnessed this first hand across the country so evidently it indicates a company wide policy. It is their property to allow what they want and we understand that. Thankfully, we were able to ease into an RV spot recently and spend a peaceful night surrounded mostly by trucks. We were glad for the spot to rest a few hours.

It’s not often enough that we find such pleasant employees at a travel stop. But we wanted to highlight our cashier from last night (a blond with glasses) for her pleasant attitude. And a BIG shout out the the shower attendants that were there last night and this morning! These guys are pleasant, and actually takes pride in their work. Showers are clean and smell fresh! They deserves a bonus!!! Keep up the great work!

The J is get n as bad as the TA and the Petro. No food at the counter in the hot box. Very little food in the small area by the coffee. So much for a quick lunchHi Chris, thank you for letting us know. We will reach out to the store to discuss this with them further. Thanks for being our eyes and ears on the road.

Decent stop. Shower #1 could have been cleaner, around and behind the toilet (attention to detail). Store was clean.
