I'm appauled by the service I received from this office today, I made an appointment to write my test for my driving permit two weeks ago, I arrived today and was turned away as my case needed to be verified on the immigration website as I am in the US on a work visa. When I went onto the government website from my phone my case was verified, we returned to the office to show the lady that my case has been verified on the website and she exclaimed that she has many people to help today and she cannot go back onto her system just to help me and I need to return later the day. I have an appointment, I was not a walk in client today! Horrible service, and she expects me to leave my work for a second time today as she refuses to assist me during my alloted appointment time??

Service here has improved significantly in recent years however, on my last visit I was informed of the need to make an appointment ahead of time. Fortunately for me, the representative still processed my renewal as well as inform me that appointments will be a permanent requirement of this branch office. To put things in perspective, customers must visit their website to arrange an appointment. The very same website offers all of the same services as this branch office and more, effectively eliminating any need for this office. It will be interesting to see what lasts longer, appointments or this office.
