This is where I go to do Hot Yoga. It works my mind, body and Spirit! The place is clean with some great instructors. If you want a good night's rest, be sure to check out a class by Heather!

This studio feels like home! I'm so grateful that I found this place, five years ago. The owner and instructors are all knowledgeable, passionate, and welcoming. The studio is always spotlessly clean. The energy is warm and calming. I only wish that the studio space was larger to accommodate even more students. Here, I have strengthened my practice and grown both spiritually and emotionally. FIVE STARS!
