Don’t take your vehicle and leave it overnight here. They do not have cameras up watching their customers vehicles, my Catalytic Converter was cut off of my car. Adams Toyota excepts 0 responsibility, and has no interest in helping me get it replaced. The sales manager stated he has had 15-20 catalytic converters stolen off of their vehicles this year alone. All of this happened after service representative joe tried to mark my initial service cost up an additional $500 from what I was quoted to begin with. My experience has been shady, and i do not feel like a valued customer. I will be going the extra mile from now on to any other Toyota dealership but adams Toyota.

I had a great experience working with Alex McClain on my new Tacoma TRD off road. I would 100% recommend him if you’re looking for a new vehicle. I was looking at all options and cancelled all other appointments after talking to Alex. He made me feel so at ease in a usually stressful situation (who likes talking to car salesman?). I will be back and will only deal with Alex in the future.

They our close on holidays no one in the service department is there tbe sales people our only working until 6 pm
