Bought a maxima from an outside source that ended up having a ton of problems needed to be towed. Called Wood Nissan and from the very start of the process was extremely nice and helpful. Got us fixed up and made an unfortunate situation bearable. Dealt with Jack directly and his customer service is above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Buyer be warned! Nissans with CVT transmissions have a terrible track record. Do yourself a favor and google it. Save yourself the money and trouble. They say they cant fix without getting a check engine light and this issue wont prompt it. Imagine trying to turn left across traffic at a light, push the gas, car wont go... sounds safe right? Stay away from CVT vehicles. Hopefully this will help someone get a safer vehicle and avoid the mess im in.

Hello, Ez! Prestige Nissan had formerly offered 3yrs of complimentary oil changes as long as you do your other maintenance as specified in your owner's manual at the corresponding time and miles with the dealership. Wood Nissan has continued that offer witht the same stipulations for all former Prestige customers. If you paid $500 for oil changes, it sounds like you bought a prepaid maintenance agreement, and that would also continue to be offered-regardless of other services listed- its a paid agreement between you and the manufacturer.

Hi Deb, This locaton has been trhough a number of transistions in ownership over the past few years and thankfully, many of our service team members have stayed together through the years. However, this location has not been Fenton-owned since 2019, and consequently, does not honor the Fenton Oil Changes for Life promotion. If you purchased during the Prestige ownership from February of 2019 to August of 2021, Wood Nissan is still honoring their 3yrs of complimentary oil changes with the understanding that all maintenance as specified in your owners manual has to be completed with the dealership at the corresponding time and miles.

Hi Shiloh, our dealership does participate in Nissan One To One Rewards! However, just to clarify- those points are dealer-funded, so you have to use them at the dealer you were rewarded by. We hope this helps!
