I came in to exchange my flatiron I bought in the Highland location a week ago. The buttons were acting out, I did not want to stick to the same brand. These ladies know how to hustle. Lol My visit was quick eventhough these ladies sold more items to my daughter and I. I use to be a sales associate myself, I definitely appreciate the sales ladies knowledge of the products they were selling me. The lady at the register wasn't as friendly as the sales ladies but I did not care. My experience was good as I expected to be in and out. I recommend this location to all my stay busy people but tired of ordering online. Thanks!

Love Ulta but don’t enjoy being harassed by a worker trying to sell me Strivectin, the most expensive thing in the store. I repeated many times I’m okay and not interested. This worker rolled her eyes and walked away with attitude. Worker had short curly dark hair. Ulta, do better with your workers. The staff here is very nice and helpful. The store is organized and they have a good variety of products available. They also had a great sales section and gifts for the holidays.
