They are all studio apartments. Hotel size. I wouldn't reccomend it unless you have nowhere else to go

I've never had any problems here. I feel safe walking the property no matter what time it is and if I leave my car unlocked I don't worry about it being robbed in the middle of the night. The worst thing that may happen is somebody might ask for a cigarette, other than that, no issues.

The sink is a little smaller than a normal kitchen sink in my opinion but you are still able to wash dishes in it. Counter space is very limited.

Had my apartment for a year havent seen one roach, but i cant speak for all apartments keep your place clean

No stove although you can purchase a hot plate at dollar general or walmart for a reasonable cost. Each room does have a microwave and mini fridge
