I will preface this by saying that my review is not about the quality of service provided by Zach and team. They did a great job with my car! My complaint is about the pricing and lack of transparency. When I called, I was quoted $155.95 for an interior detail of my subcompact hatchback (very small.) I thought that was high, considering I have paid $100 for the same service in Lawrence. When I arrived, I asked the front desk to double check the pricing. She spoke to someone and came back with $139.95 (Large Cars/Ext. Cab Pickups). I still believe I was overcharged $24, which I would much prefer go toward tipping the staff who went out of their way to provide me with excellent customer service. I do not understand how anyone could consider my vehicle to be "large."

I have spent way more money & gotten way less service and quality elsewhere. Crew did a good job getting areas I’m not used to getting at a self service or auto wash. I was in & out in good time so I could get back on the road. I would definitely recommend Eagle Auto Wash & Detailing Salon to anyone in the area!
