I'm spending $10 on one drink and they won't let me pay for extra popping Boba and have it in a separate cup. Extra Boba is on the menu for $.89 so they absolutely can do it and just won't lol.

This place is first time trying it, my mom got the strawberry green tea, and I got the pearl boba tea and we drank it up in less than 5 minutes and want more. This place has the perfect amount of sweet to it so if you are craving boba and are in the area stop by!

Super friendly and helpful. This is my first time trying boba because one of my Tic Tok people loves boba so I had to try it. The staff was super nice and spent about 5 minutes explaining things to me. If you're curious or already like boba tea stop in say hi and grab a yummy drink. I got the Brown Sugar boba

Overall, honestly my worst boba experience. The space is awkward and claustrophobic. Three tables take up all of the wall space leaving the middle of the floor the only place to wait if the tables are taken. Not a show stopper, but definitely uncomfortable. The menu is busy. A lot of elaborate drink choices with very little wiggle room for customization. I have never been to a shop where I couldn't order a simple strawberry boba for my kid. The staff seemed nice. The girl that took the couple's order after mine really seemed to know her stuff about the drinks and had a very positive, upbeat, attitude. The wait was excessive. I ordered three drinks, standard flavors with nothing extra other than the boba itself, and was order #60. Order #65 had their drinks and was out the door before we got ours. The drinks themselves... I was hoping the drinks would make it all worth it. Nope. The closest thing they had to a standard strawberry and pineapple drink were their green tea versions. Maybe good for a green tea lover, not great for five and 13 year old kids. They ended up resembling a substandard green tea Icee with strawberry and pineapple essence. My blended taro had good flavor, but was lukewarm. The actual boba pearls were on point though, I will give them that. In the end, none of these problems individually would be an issue. All of them together though, and we won't be going back. The only reason we ended up there in the first place was because the Wit Cafe was closed. If you want good boba, great customer service, and a comfortable atmosphere, go there instead.
