Horrible customer service. When you order they dont even pay attention to you, No greeting they just stared at us. Definitely dont recommend this mcdonalds. EDIT:There were ants EVERYWHERE. You would think they would spray for bugs.

Service is trash usually dont say a word but Beverly is very unprofessional fries were served cold and old like ice. The lady just hung up with no cares. Like dont have people rolling a business that are not professional by far.

Good food. Very efficient staff. The fies were straight out of the vat, very hot and tasty. My McDouble was hot and fresh, the Crispy deluxe was also served hot on a soft fresh bun. Although the restaurant was obviously understaffed, you could barely tell it. The people they had on duty were very proficient and worked well as a team.

THE WORST OF ANY MCDONALD'S I'VE BEEN TO! Never gets order right and did is always COLD and the Burgers are BRUNT AND DRY! This location needs serious attention and training. I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!I will drive to jasper to eat at there location. They never offer to replace you r meal, just get half of it COLD! I WILL START ASKING FOR A REFUND! If I do go there! Manager doesn't seem to care
