This place is horrible, the lady with the short hair at the counter, told me I am late when I wasn't, and she just let me do my test as courtesy. I was so upset that I ask for Helie the Manager I have a remainder on my phone with the time of my appointment. Lady get a grip.

Made an appointment weeks ago to address an serious issue and get imaging of an area that’s causing me pain daily. They call me a few days before my appointment and say they have to reschedule me because they “closed the room”. I asked what that means and they don’t know. Now I have to wait over a month for another appointment. She says they are taking new patients from Delray because the imaging center there is closed. So my appointment is cancelled to accommodate someone who didn’t even have an appointment. This place is awful!

I recently had a Ultra sound examination at this facility. My experience was very pleasant and I was treated with great courtesy and efficiency. Janet who made my appointment on phone was very courteous and helpful in getting me a early convenient appointment . Annette at the reception was also very knowledgeable , helpful , professional and polite and efficiently processed my papers. Magda was the US tech , she was very professional and pleasant and explained the test and performed it efficiently. I was very impressed with all of them and greatly appreciate the way I and the other patients there were being cared for. The facility was also very clean and tidy. I have no reservations in recommending this imaging center.
