I was very pleased with my recent surgery here. Dr. Bradley and every nurse and staff were excellent to work with and they did everything possible to keep me comfortable and informed. I would easily recommend this surgery center.

If your surgeon gives you an option of where to have your procedure do not choose this one. Nurses were rude and left me unattended for over 45 mins with no visitor. And afterwards when I finally received my bill they only gave me three months to pay off my deductible before they sent it to collections. They would not work with me at all! Terrible place to deal with. I did not have these problems with North Kansas City Hospital.

All the nurses are highly skilled and very educated I felt very comfortable being here and they did very well keeping my fiance informed why I was in surgery I would recommend this to someone who is looking at this review great job guys.

My father had to use this surgery center due to workman’s comp for a shoulder repair. Every other hospital and surgery center allows at least one visitor pre-op like before Covid. However this center refused to let my extremely anxious father have my mother and she was forced to receive text updates about when he was in and out of surgery. He had a massive panic attack and was told “there are nurses he will be fine”. They have a monitor that is supposed to do live updates on who is in surgery and it was down. The doctor and nurses were good but due to the policies of the surgery center we will avoid this surgery center in the future at all cost.
