Nice park with awesome mountain biking trails. Few instances of homeless people but they leave you alone if you leave them alone. Only complaint is the trash and I know the city and county do what they can. Illegal dumping is a problem in this area

one of the fav park to hike but it's getting pretty trashy and weird at times.

Great hike! Trails were well kept for the most part. There were some areas that had a lot of broken glass, but overall not bad. We started at the trail by minor park tennis courts.

Make sure you wear plenty of insect repellent! A great piece of nature in the city.

Never seen people 🎣 there. Sort of city sewerage channel. Not a good place for fishing.
Yes it is, however stay away from Lake George, its a cesspool of bacteria, has been for 2 Decades at least. Do not get any water 💦 on you, your family or pets! .. There's very large fish found along the banks of deep water, opposite of of gravel. This is especially true as you get near some small levies and around the "Locks of Love Bridge" too Blue Ridge Blvd (south) or Rt-150 where the park ends. Following the addition of new pipes that cross the Blue River at several points, that damn was modified, workers reported to me, they saw many large fish 🐠 🎣 from the intersection "Marsha Truman Rd too Locks of Love Bridge 🌉 areas along the river. One more thing, I would Not advise 🎣 fishing past this bridge until you get too the next service bridge (🐍 Snakes, 🐺 Wolves, 🦌 Deer, 🦅 Eagles Nesting). .. From the main entrance from I-435 W. until you arrive at 95th Street I have not walked along the river. A Stocked (DOI) Pond, from Beavers, next to I-435 E ramp, enjoy our favorit park
