This place is a finesse I was VIP that they first said was open but then you had to pay to get in after I paid to get in 1 of the ladies came and took my table for somebody else to sit in somebody must be stealing money because I got 80 instead of 95 so before me and my guest could party we spent $170 just to leave because of poor customer service the security officers are finessers as well. I don’t recommend this place at all.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. There were SO MANY things wrong with how they run the place but I’ll just focus on the worse thing and that would be the security. As soon as we got there they started screaming and cursing at everyone to get in line, WHICH people were trying to do but they weren’t moving fast enough for the security I guess. They were argumentative, extremely aggressive, they threatened customers, and made sexual comments to some of them women in line. By the time we got inside we were already ready to leave because of having to deal with the unprofessional top flight security for 30 mins in the cold. I have never experienced such horrible service and I’ve had a lot of experience with crappy service. I will NEVER go to this place again and I hope this business learns to invest in real security and not rental cops with a god complex.
