The staff was super nice and my daughter was able to take behind the wheel drivers test. She also was able to get her ID renew with the real ID. I definitely will say it was worth a drive to go to a friendly facility! I will be back to do IDs.

My son went in yesterday to get his license around 4:00 pm at 4:30 a woman told us that no more driving tests would be given for that day. So my wife pulls out son out of school and takes him back. Arriving at 7:30am when they open at 8:00am. Upon arriving my family was notified that all senior citizens would be granted service before anyone else! So my wife and my son have day in their office for for over 3 1/2 hours just watching the elderly walk in and immediately be given service while my son who arrived at 7:30am had to wait. This is the most ridiculous act of business I have ever heard of. All I can say is if you are thinking of taking your child here to get their license... rethink it. That is all.

I waited 2.5 hours at this office. The workers especially Mary acts like a dictator and she was incredibly rude. She also discriminates people. People like her don't deserve to serve people and getting paid by our taxes. She should be removed from being in charge of that office ASAP. They were training 2-3 people when the waiting time was crazy long. They take their time, chat with each other, talk to the people at the counter. Mary cannot even be a door person but unfortunately, they put her to manage a government office. These people who give hard time to public, will definity suffer in some part of their life. it's called KARMA.

We stood in line for a hour. They are only allowing 2 at a time from the line.
Yes they recently moved. This facility is a lot nicer.

No. You may want to check on the status of lines though. Last Saturday some people were in line close to opening time and never got to test.

Sorry I'm not sure you'd have to call there. They are all really nice and pleasant to talk to. Nothing like the Peoria office.
