I had to return an item, and was sent a code to present to them at the store to print a label for the return. Well, apparently this location doesn't print labels, even though literally everything shipped by UPS has a label on it. So it's just a drop off location? What's the point of having anyone even there if they can't assist you with anything? Don't waste your time.

Terrible service they delivered my medications to the wrong address and the customer service was even worse if I had my way I would never ship anything through UPS.
