TO all my friends & Family that have supported me through my nightmare of Surgeries. And A HUGE tku to DOCTOR COURTNEY and his amazing staff that gave me the Confidence that I could do this. Dr. Courtney does the total hip via anterior approach. He does roughly 10 hips a week. Anesthesia type is determined on a patient by patient basis, but he does do them under spinal.
