My family is very patient & incredibly generous tippers at Maxwell’s, and we will now not be visiting here again. Unless you would like to face bad attitudes, a staff that stands around talking together as if they’re being paid to do so, and generally terrible service… I wouldn’t encourage you to either. We spoke to a staff member when we entered the restaurant about sitting on the patio, which she said was great and to go right ahead, only to be greeted by an incredibly rude waitress after waiting 10+ minutes that said we had no permission to sit there (the restaurant was empty other than two outside tables, and we DID in fact get permission). When we decided to just leave and avoid the terrible attitude, she made a deal in front of us to the bartender about how she filled 3 waters and would have to dump them. Such a joke! A waste of our time and an embarrassment to the server that would have been tipped graciously for kindness instead of straight rudeness. You’re better off eating somewhere near by that values their customers and doesn’t make a big deal when there is a miscommunication between servers. We would have apologized for the inconvenience and moved to where the server wanted us to in the restaurant if we were spoken to with respect, but she truly was the worst. Such a shame- used to have great servers!!

This place has a good atmosphere good food good drinks and good service AMANDA the bar tender was great she is so nice I recommend going here please do you wont regret it ask for Amanda she such a nice lady and the staff here are so kind!!!!!!!!

Went for Wing Tuesday ($.60 wings) so ordered 18 bone in wings to split with my wife. Got the bill and was charged $2/wing. When asked about the wing special the waitress said oh oops the wing special is only on boneless wings. She said she mentioned it to the other couple at our table who arrived about 10 minutes before we did but she didn't repeat the message so we didn't know. Very upset.

Order wings at 6pm, pickup time was 7:45. Had to still wait 10 minutes for the order. Get home and wings are all under cooked. Live nearby so returned. Talked to the manager and was told they were busy and he could cook a new order. Asked how the kitchen could send food like that out, and again response was they were busy tonight. Complete joke of a response, food safety people. Beware visiting this place, especially if they are busy.
