My daughter came here for a wash and blowout/style the day before graduation. She showed the stylist a specific picture of her hair style (flowy and layered) and came out with unconditioned flat hair. Called manager and she said that's how the stylist chose to do her hair and that $45 was the going rate for that flat hair. Won't be going back.
