Put simply, Shannon is the best audiologist I've ever had, and as a 72-year old with moderate hearing loss who plays piano and appreciates high-quality music, I've seen more than a few, including those affiliated with ENTs. If you need hearing aids, or an assessment of whether you could benefit from them, you need look no further. She performed hearing tests for me that I had never had, and was able to tune settings to a level of hearing well beyond what prior audiologists and ENTs had been able to achieve. They have an extensive range of makes/models to choose from to match budgets and features sought, and with Shannon at the helm, you can't go wrong.
