My favorite place! The food is phenomenal & the service is incredible! I have my go-to order, but every item on the menu is delicious! I eat here at least once a week, and each visit is always the best part of my week! Thank you, Leo’s! 💚🦁🌱

They have the best vegan donuts I’ve ever tasted. I wish I could figure out the recipe for myself. I also love ordering their pesto sauce just to have on hand, to keep it for the days when I’m feeling lazy & just want to quickly make some pasta at home with my pesto sauce from Leo’s. All of the food here is really good.

Yes. Everything is both 100% Vegan and 100% Gluten Free. We also do not allow any Peanuts in the space. The Chorizo is a Soy Choizo by Reynaldos Brand. It has the best texture of the Chorizos we have tried.
No whole wheat products since we are 100% Gluten free. We started out as "My Pal Leo" Paleo Vegan Bake Shop then changed the name to be more inclusive. But we still carry a lot of Paleo products that are low carb and Keto friendly. In most of our products we use Coconut sugar which has a Glycemic index of 35 and is considered by most diabetics to be OK. We are working on our Sugar Free collection but its quite a trick to be Gluten free, Vegan, Low Carb and Sugar free all at the same time and still taste good! Our Paleo Bread (6.7 Net Carbs/slice) Cinnamon Raisin bars (10 Net Carbs) and Choc Chip Brownies (9 Net Carbs) should be acceptable.
Yes! We have a plastic (Credit card) Gift card or you can order an electronic Gift card using a phone number for redemption.
David Wilson, Serial entrepreneur and Electrical Engineer. A couple of years after selling my Electrical Company in 2009 I was persuaded to invest in Buttercelli Organic bake shop on Ventura Ave by one of my ex staff members. That did not work out but while involved with that I became interested in Paleo baking. I had a sub line of "My Pal Leo" Paleo baked goods. (Pal Leo -Paleo). I was selling product on line from a Commissary until I lost my lease. By then I had a evangelical Vegan as my sales manager and partner. He helped me find a new location with a retail component but then had to go back to Chicago. The Paleo line did not sell as well as the vegan café so I changed the name to be more in line with what we had morphed into. Leo was such a good image and provided a memorable question to keep us in mind (Vegan Lion?) that I kept his name. It also provides for some tongue in cheek images that I use to promote the brand. I am at the shop most days so please come in and say hello.
