Absolutely awful; ashes on the toilet paper, dirty sheets and pillow cases, profanity written on walls in our room, NO smoke detector and there were people fighting outside until almost 6am.

Absolutely disgusting! I understand this is not a chain, however shame on you for not even being able to provide clean towels. Mold and mildew. Yes it's the cheapest hotel in town. And there is a reason it is!!

This was a terrible hotel. We paid for a non-smoking room for health reasons, when we got to the room it rank of cigarette smoke. I asked for a different room, all three were filled with smoke. I asked for a refund so I can go else where and they refused. I had to call my bank and have them cancel the charge. And all of this while my 4 young boys were suffering in the heat. I am very irritated with this place and would not recommend it to anyone! I would give it zero stars if that were possible.

Absolutely worst experience ever. We stayed 30 minutes before a bunch of live-in residents were knocking on our door. they blocked in my vehicle with a uhaul and we had to call police to escort us off the property. we tried to call the office and the phone cord was cut and the phone was smashed. the front door didn't shut all the way and had clearly been busted down before, as well as the bathroom door. We could actually see people outside our room through the crack in front door frame. The parking is horrendous and only 1 way so you are stuck if you pull in with a trailer. This is very clearly a residency for many people and not a motel. In 30 minutes there were probably 5 or more cars coming and going and hollering in the street.
