I went to QC lumber last Friday at 4:10. They close at 4 pm. It was the start of the Memorial Day weekend . I knock on the door. See people inside. Employees start walking out and a few said “ Saws are shut down” we are done for the day. Tom however as he was leaving asked what I needed. Didn’t need the saw but two small pieces of window sill and Quarter round. He pulled it for me, took my charge card, and was super pleasant . Nordstrom of Lumber . Tom saved my project.

Been going to QCL for 30 years. I purchased lumber this morning to screen in my back porch. As always, top quality material and top quality help. This ain't no Home Depot here. This place is a Charlotte institution.

The website does not indicate they have a lot of different type of wood and if you provide them with outside wood they can not run it in the shop except for select customers. very poor service
