Management needs improvement. My daughter was hired and started training. They did not provide models but expected the trainees to bring in their own. If they were unable to obtain models tbey were let go and not permitted to fnish training. It took several phone calls to even get a response back with an explanation. Sorry to say this is not the way you manage a business.

I have visited many amazing lash studios because I am a member (even out of state locations!) and this is by far the worst location I've been to. I've been getting eyelash extensions for 7 years and I've never had such bad eyelash retention. I used to be able to go almost a month without a fill but would still normally try to stay on the two week fill in routine to stay on the safe side. After one week after my fill in with the Wyckoff studio all of my lashes had fallen out. This has never happened to me before. I've tried multiple lash stylists at this location and I've had the same experience every single time. It's not normal to have to be getting a full fill in every week. Besides the retention I really didn't even like the look of my lashes. For whatever reason at this location only they look dull and not full at all and I get 6D sets. Recently I went to another location and had a completely different experience both with the look and retention of my lashes so I can undoubtably say that Wyckoff is doing something wrong. I'm not sure if it's the glue or the application process that their stylists use, but whatever it is is not working. My mom has gone to this location for a while and her lashes always fall out so quickly too. When I tried to ask them about why my lashes fell out so quickly they tried to give me all the excuses in the book about humidity, life activity, maintenance, etc. but I don't buy any of it. There's a reason why I've never experience such bad lash extension quality in the 7 years since I started getting them done!! Stay away from Wyckoff Amazing Lash!!

This business should not be in operation at all. They FRAUDULENTLY charged my card over $500 for appointments I never made/went in for due to their receptionist never properly saving my contact information. When I went in to discuss the fraudulent charges, they immediately admitted fault and told my that my stylist had been fired for making similar mistakes as though that was any consolation. The owner came out to the front and gave me odd looks as reception handled the refund. They did not offer a discount on future service or anything of the sort, just stared at me like deer in headlights until I exited the store. I am HEAVILY under the impression that they are purposely charging peoples cards without permission or appointment because they assume local clientele is not checking their bank statements. This is fraud and not how business is run. Shame on you all, especially the owner (you know who you are). CUSTOMERS beware. Check your card statements and go elsewhere because they are not a trustworthy or reliable business. I did get a refund as this was their gross negligent error but it was not worth what I had to go through.

The idea is to try not to get them wet...or for extended periods of time. Although the goggles may help, there may be too much moisture that is even exposed to them while wearing the goggles. I wouldnt chance it unless u plan to have them refilled on a more frequent regular basis. They have different plans you can sign up in. Your best bet would be to ask the techs there. They are very helpfull with any questions you may have.

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.

We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
