Without receipt valid ID required, if approved by refund system it will be issued in store credit or exchanged for current price. No software refund that have been opened.

Two days ago I bought a pair of pants at the Roose store but it has a defect, They return the money if I no longer have the purchase note, but the pants have the tags.
