Been twice in last 2 weeks. 1st trip very very good. 2nd trip well... let's just say that whoever was working drive thru wasn't very friendly. They have 2 order lines and all that's great but when ur not even it out u really start making people upset cuz u aren't balancing it out.

Ordered a BIG Zax Snack for $8.26 and got two and a half pieces of chicken 🤣 DO BETTER! We work hard for our money to be getting ripped off

Today 4/19/2022 I went to my favorite local fast food zaxbys. Customer service was terrible I asked for ketchup and I order a drink. Never got both. I ask the employee at the drive thru for those two things and she put an attitude and said you didn’t not order a drink and I put ketchup inside the bag. I check and there was no ketchup and never got my drink. Plus the wings were ugly looking and fries was saggy. Manager needs to reach their employees how to treat customer, otherwise they will lose customers and will have a terrible review and social media as well . I’m very disappointed

I tried and tried with this location but give up after receiving the most disgusting food at a extremely unreasonable price. We went through the drive thru about 30 minutes before closing and they were packed. The menu was limited- we understood bc of the time we arrived; I ordered a simple salad and it was brown and slimy. My friend’s meal was incorrect and cold and tasted like old grease. They shorted us $10 in change and seemed extremely tired or lazy and they charged us twice for extra condiments. The cost of their food is already hard to justify but it’s especially hard to pay for food that isn’t consistently good. I won’t eat at this location again. Not ever.
