Solid peruvian food

I bought several dishes to end a good weekend, but I was very disappointed... I bought rice with seafood and the rice was totally dry, a total frustration... the lomo saltado was totally insipid and little... the salchipapa... potatoes almost burned... the dry and dark sausages (not fresh at all) without mayonnaise… it seemed that they received the leftovers of the day… I don't understand how they discredit Peruvian food having a great reputation… I feel that they take advantage of the fame of Peruvian food and don't give their heart to prepare the good dishes what's up... the stuffed potato didn't have the original flavor... only the salted noodles resembled the original flavor... ah! I forgot... I bought alfajor... the delicacy seemed plastic... I don't understand how they dare to sell it that way... a lack of respect for the public... for such great disregard... I had bought before and it's not that I liked it at that time and I came back because today I was near this place and I wanted to give it one more chance... but I was very dissatisfied... I hope that the administration values the comments and hires or provides better service for such delicious Peruvian food.

The last time I went, the ceviche very bad, fish asleep, seemed prepared very early, they do not prepare it instantly. Very bad. If I loved the lomo saltado, the only thing salvageable.

I would have returned it immediately. Nothing worse than bad fish.

Will not come back. I was expecting it to be authentic peruvian food, and it tastes like asian. Very commercial.
