Popeyes at Palm Desert Is terrible They never have anything I don't always go but when I do they're always out of the food I oder. That really sucks!!!. I really hope they can fix that ni matter what time it is.

Awful, waited 25mins for food. People behind us were served before us. Staff had no idea what they were supposed to be doing..just seemed to keep stopping jobs. When I complained about the wait i very rude server snapped and said they were short staffed and I would have to be patient!!...I counted 6 staff which should be ample to deal with the 7 customers that were in the shop at the time. Food was cold and bland. No taste or flavour. I assume the chain is a franchise as the one I visited near hermosa Beach was excellent. This branch needs a serious overhaul...

I think the answer to your question is A LOT SIMPLER than you realize. Most people don't follow instructions well and when they're upset about service they just want to vent and be heard.

Yes, the wait is long, but that's necessary because it's freshly made to order.
There service is very bad. First time came to Popeyes, I ordered a combo. When orders ready, I asked a employee for a BBQ sauce, he said 11 cents I paid it. After I saw everybody are free. I don’t know why he changed me about sauce. It’s not about the money, so unfair. Never come back again
The manager allowed it. He took their order. I see this all over our Desert Area.
