I initially went in just to ask questions, basically shopping around for prices, I ended up booking an appointment just loved the whole atmosphere there. I love Jennifer is she amazing and really took her time to make sure I got what I wanted. She color matched my hair so well I can’t even tell where the extension is!! Totally recommend coming here you will not regret it. Their receptionists are so friendly and have great communication, they make it so easy to book.

I wanted to love this place, I spent $1400 on 5 bundles(quoted $1300) of 22 inch extensions and after having the stylist reschedule twice I finally got the appointment, only after requesting a refund of my $600 deposit. I was so excited to have this done for a family party and when I arrived it was clear the other stylist had mismatched my hair color. I had to sign a waiver or leave and rebook another month out since a stylist has COVID. Save your money and time and go somewhere else for quality extensions, while the hair and installation was good as far as I know, the extra 200 I had to pay my colorist to match my extensions plus the time it took to fix and I was still overcharged. The person that works the schedule and answering the phone is terrible and highly unprofessional. The building is old and very dark with an only occasionally operating elevator. It's a five story climb, don't wear heels. Lol! Actually save yourself the time and frustration and book somewhere else!
