I returned some shoes for another pair due to their size and the cashier just threw the boxes at me. Keep in mind we're at checkout so I'm literally 1 foot away from him. When he went to the back he took a while socializing with a female coworker, absolutely unprofessional seems like Nike just hired anybody.

Their service is horrible.Always big line for check out. Only 2 people by register and other worker roaming around. No where to find them. And today Mikki who was helping us. Seemed very short temper when we asked her to check an item on line.
