labor and delivery is beyond rude. not saying all of them. had some good experiences with other RNs. but Brenda Phelps is beyond rude. didn’t even get to say anything before the attitude started over the phone. first time my wife called she was hung up on and the other call after were nothing but rude. Brenda Phelps wouldn’t even listen to my wife’s questions. again not saying the whole hospital is bad. but really look into you have work for you.

We had the unfortunate circumstance of having my son admitted to the hospital on vacation. We were transferred to this hospital and we were so glad! It is very clean, large room with bathroom, extremely caring and helpful nurses and staff. Everyone was very professional and they took great care of my son. It was personally the best hospital experience I have had.

Very Rude, when I went to ask a question about something I needed at the front desk, the guy didn't even ask for my name and just told me that what I needed wasn't ready that he had just looked! This guy didn't even know who I was and didn't ask for any of my info! I definitely do not recommend this hosp.ital to anyone go to hiawasse or blue ridge. Anywhere but this hospital.

I have said a lot of bad things about doctors and nurses in the past few years, but my recent experience at Union General changed my mind. Dr. Travis Albright and the staff in the ER were amazing to me. I'm so thankful for them.
