The hotel was very clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The location was great, right next to Walmart. The staff was also friendly and went out of their way!

I would reccomend. I gave 4 stars because of the limited and odd breakfast menu. And lack of ice water /hot coffee/hot water for tea around the clock in lobby area Overall it was better/cleaner, than most hotels these days. Pros: The room was nice size, comfortable beds and clean. Great price for a Saturday night. Nice staff. Felt safe. Indoor jacuzzi and pool. ( the night prior my mom and I, stayed at the HGI at the Rock Hill S.C location. It was excellent.) Cons for this location: In the lobby--> They didn't offer 24/7 ice /Limewater/coffee/hot water for tea and/or hot chocolate. Most hotels have at least ice water and coffee/hot water around the clock in the lobby. Breakfast is NOT free. It's also not a continental style breakfast. . Breakfast costs $10? each and was very limited. This location did not offer Milk, cold cereal, oatmeal/grits. We had to fill out a slip of paper and turn it in the night prior for breakfast. We had to choose a specific time to have breakfast, choose dine in or to go, the menu was very limited for the price we had a CHOICE of eggs OR sausage gravy, and choice of bacon or sausage. (They had bread for toast and bagels self serve. ) they had orange juice, coffee and hot water for tea. I didn't like that we had to choose a specific time and what we wanted the night prior. I think it should be optional.
