very poor service, very disappointed by the response either from the store or from the customer support. I order a king size bed and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks time frame. When i enquired about the order after 3 weeks, they mentioned that someone will call back for sure. When i consistently followed up than i was asked to call the store from where the furniture is purchased. when i called the store the sales people tells that the order is already delivered. Now after 6 weeks of continuous chasing and continuous calling still no one knows where the order is - in the system it is delivered. After 3 consecutive days of calling the store, i am still not able to talk to the customer service person Monika. the person is only available between 10am to 5pm and when i call before 5 pm the person has left, when i called after 10am, the customer person is in some other meeting. So, i am only talking to sales person who has no interest given the order is already sold and all the money is already given. Extremely poor service, if you have time and patience and want to forgot about your item once you have placed the order, so go to Ashley. Also, the sales person mentioned that since last 10 days no one has called because the customer person is very busy. This review is of the experience in Ashley Naperville store.

UPDATE 09/21/22: I should have canceled it the first time they canceled my delivery. They scheduled delivery for 09/07/22. Then pushed it for 09/14, then 09/27. Just checked a few minutes ago to confirm and well, now it’s scheduled for the week of 10/03. Representative said they’re still waiting to receive our furniture. However, I was told weeks ago that it’s been at the warehouse and they were just waiting on one item, which is a bench. We can wait on that. I was asked if partial delivery was okay and we said yes. Stop wasting your time, money, and energy. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY! Save yourself a headache and stress. I wish I would have read the reviews before going in the store. They make it difficult for you to cancel an order as well. Went to Macy’s and we got our media console less than one week. Customer service called to schedule delivery. I called them back to schedule it for 09/07. The representative I spoke to asked if we would mind a partial delivery (Bridget asked me via-text just a few days before as well) and I said, we wouldn't mind partial delivery because we need our furniture. Here's what we ordered: Sofa: ready for delivery on 09/07 Dresser: ready for delivery on 09/07 Dining table: ready for delivery on 09/07 Bench: estimated delivery 09/14 I took the day off to stay home and wait for our delivery. I called customer service to check the status and they said we were no longer on their schedule. They didn't even care to contact us to let us know. We paid extra fees for delivery so this very upsetting. Now they said the estimated delivery is on the week of 09/23. This is very stressful. Buy furniture elsewhere and be happy.

A GUY NAMED ADAM, HE BLOCKED MY PHONE DON'T LET ME CALL. WE ASKED DAMAGED TABLE REFUND, THEY SAID IF YOU WANT TO GET REFUND YOU HAVE TO DONATE TABLE TO CHARITY AND GET RECEIPTS THEN MAY GET REFUND!!!THAT'S INSANE!!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHELY, JUST WASTED YOUR MONEY AND COULD'T GET REFUND. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!delivered BIG DAMAGED table and couldn't get refund!!! I emailed feedback@dsghome. NO ONE CARE!!! I asked over 5 times when the damaged table can be picked up. I need refund. no one wants to get big damage furniture!!!!! I'm really tired of talking to customer service, someone asked to me contact manufactory to get refund!!!! that's really RIDUCULOUS!!! I bought furniture from Ashely why I need ask manufactory to take care of order and refund to us??????????? Apparently, you guy just kicked ball to third party, Such cheating!

We placed an order for a sofa set and a dining table set before a month and we have not received anything yet, when we visited the staff promised us everything will be delivered in 15 days and now they are saying that we will be receiving everything in another months time, very disappointing

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
