I'm very unhappy with their performance, I am late on bills cause I couldn't get a check to pay bills and I can never get a hold of them , especially when I'm trying to rent a home and never can get a hold of them for expensive that I need for housing. Any expensive that I have I can't seem to get my money to buy what I need

I have NEVER experienced such poor service. It is a so bad that this month rent is late...I wonder if they want to pay the late fee of $175.00 ? How this place stay in business is a MYSTERY...I have NEVER received a call, piece of mail, or any communication at ALL. How hard is a set of key strokes to make? I've gone all the way up the ladder and It's clear the employees are following the leader, as they are just as bad. I wish all of you good luck.
