Unfortunately this time was not as good as last time. My man ordered a waffle cone in a cup but the waffle cone was hard as a rock and stale. I ordered a waffle cup that showed it had just the cone and sprinkles and it came with chocolate on it with the sprinkles. I don't like chocolate so I wasted a bit of money

No, I haven't seen that offered here. More like ice creams and popsicles. I've seen it at Jose Andres' restaurant, The Bazaar.
