Just left here. The guy at the window was very rude. We got our food and parked to eat. Started to eat then there was a long black hair in my wife's food. Took it back in they replaced it. But then the fish wasn't all the way done so she didn't eat ..she also got a slice of strawberry cheese cake which was frozen so she couldn't eat it either.. never again will we eat there

The fish french fries and Hush Puppies was amazing. I love Long John Silver's. We had a rather large order and my lobster bites was basically burnt to a crisp. Other than that I have no complaints.

South Point Long John Silvers, I must say the two ladies working today get an A+++ for customer service. So happy and friendly. 10 out of 10. The world could use more employees like them.

The food was ok. The chicken and fish was fresh. However, the fries tasted like they were under the heat lamp for too long. The were hard and tasted old.
